iFun Education Terms and Conditions

REGISTRATION AND CONFIRMATION

Your spot in the class or program of your choice will be saved only upon registration and payment. Upon registration and payment, iFun Education will confirm your registration in the class of your choice. If you sign up for a class that is already full, we will automatically place you on our waiting list and advise you towards another class that suits your needs and creative interests. Because we value personal connection with our students, our classes have a maximum student capacity so that we can keep our classes small and offer personal attention to each student.

PAYMENT

All regular and sale prices are the final price which includes the tax. Full payment is required in order to reserve a spot in the class or program of your choice. We accept cash, personal checks, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via our online payment link on our website. We also accept Zelle, Paypal and Venmo. Please confirm with iFun Education for the e-transfer. All checks must be drawn on US funds. There is a $50 charge for returned checks.

COURSE CANCELLATION

In order to cancel an online / on-site class reserved in iFun Education and return that credit to your account, you must unreserve by 24 hours prior to the class. Once your class is cancelled, the class/credit will be returned to your account to be used at a future date; the credit is not refunded. If you haven’t cancelled your class by 24 hours before the class, your scheduled class will be charged to your session pass. If non-cancellations - “NO-SHOWS” occur, student will be charged by deducting from their pre-purchased visits, regardless of non-attendance. You can cancel your reservation in the following ways:

1) Log into your account. Besides the class you wish to cancel, press “cancel session.”

2) Call us, leave us a voice message, email us, or send a Wechat message to cancel a class by 24 hours before the class starts.

MAKE-UP CLASS

For online class, we have class recordings ready for students to review.

For onsite class, Make-up Class is only available for cancellations with a 6 hour advance notice, and “NO-SHOWS” will not receive a pass.

REFUND

We highly value customer satisfaction and are committed to providing the highest quality educational services. To ensure fairness and transparency, iFun Education adheres to the following refund policy:

Scope

This refund policy applies to courses registered through the official iFun Education platform.

Our courses do not expire.

Full Refund Within 14 Days: You can request a full refund at any time within 14 days after enrollment.

Options After 14 Days:

  • Course Transfer: If you need to, you can transfer to any of our other courses.

  • Credit Transfer: Alternatively, you can transfer your credit to a friend for a $30 fee (as a valued customer, this fee is waived for you). To do this, simply share our provided promotional text on your social media once or twice. If any of your friends enroll through your referral, we will refund your remaining credit directly to you via Zelle.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Application within 14 Days of Registration

  • If a refund is requested within 14 days of registration, the remaining course fees will be refunded based on the number of classes already taken.

  • The specific refund calculation method is as follows:

    • Refund amount = Amount paid - (Number of classes taken × Original class price) - 3% credit card/RMB payment fee (if applicable)

2. Refund Application within 15-30 Days of Registration

  • If a refund is requested within 15-30 days of registration, a 5% system, teaching resource platform usage fee, teaching service fee, and student course cancellation management fee will be charged.

  • The specific refund calculation method is as follows:

    • Refund amount = Amount paid - (Number of classes taken × Original class price) - 3% credit card/RMB payment fee (if applicable) - Amount paid * 5%

3. Refund Application within 31-75 Days of Registration

  • If a refund is requested within 31-75 days of registration, a 10% system, teaching resource platform usage fee, teaching service fee, and student course cancellation management fee will be charged.

  • The specific refund calculation method is as follows:

    • Refund amount = Amount paid - (Number of classes taken × Original class price) - 3% credit card/RMB payment fee (if applicable) - Amount paid * 10%

4. Refund Application after 75 Days of Registration

  • Generally, refund applications will not be accepted if requested more than 75 days after registration.

  • Exceptions: If due to health or other special reasons, relevant documentation must be provided, and the application will be reviewed and processed accordingly.

    • If it is not due to health reasons and the parent insists on a refund, we will consider refunding 50% of the remaining unused courses depending on the specific situation.

    • The specific refund calculation method is as follows:

      • Refund amount = (Amount paid - (Number of classes taken × Original class price) - 3% credit card/RMB payment fee (if applicable)) * 50%

5. No Classes Taken after Registration

  • Within 30 Days

    • If no classes are taken within 30 days of registration, a full refund can be requested. Orders paid by credit card or RMB will deduct a 3% platform fee.

    • The 3% fee can be used as a discount for the next registration.

  • Over 30 Days

    • If no classes are taken after more than 30 days of registration, a 5% system registration fee, teaching platform service fee, and student course cancellation management fee will be charged.

    • The specific refund calculation method is as follows:

      • Refund amount = Amount paid - 3% credit card/RMB payment fee (if applicable) - Amount paid * 5%

6. Monthly Course Packages

  • Fees are automatically deducted after the end of each month, and the system will automatically generate the next month's course package to ensure continuity and consistency in student learning.

  • Monthly course packages are non-refundable once confirmed. Unused classes can be transferred to other courses or temporarily suspended.

  • If parents inform the exact time of suspension in advance, the system will stop subsequent automatic deductions after that point, ensuring no further fees are charged.

  • If extra fees are incurred after the confirmed suspension time due to system reasons, the educational administration office will verify and fully refund the relevant fees through the original payment channel.

7. Promotional Holiday Sales

  • Promotional activities are considered final sales, and refund requests will not be accepted.

Refund Application Process

  1. The student or parent must submit a written refund application, stating the reason for the refund and attaching relevant documentation (if applicable).

  2. We will review the refund application within 5 business days of receipt and notify the applicant of the review results.

  3. Once the refund application is approved, the corresponding amount will be refunded through the original payment method within 5 business days.

Special Notes

  1. Orders paid by credit card or RMB will deduct a 3% platform fee.

  2. Orders paid via Zelle are free of charge.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND RECORDINGS

iFun Education classes, events, parties and workshops for adults, teens and children may be recorded and photographed for marketing, website, social media, archival and/or other purposes. Such recording or photographing may include pictures of the attendees, individuals at our program or class participants. Your attendance at any class, party or event at iFun Education shall be deemed your consent to appear in such programming and/or photographs without compensation or additional approval of any kind.

LIABILITY WAIVERS

I hereby hold harmless, waive and release iFun Education, their art instructors, officers, representatives, agents, organizers and successors from liability as a result of personal injury or property damage occurring while the above child/children is/are in their care at iFun Education. I have read, understand and agree to adhere to the Studio Policies and Procedures of iFun Education.

PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES

iFun Education does not accept responsibility for children except when under supervision of the appropriate employee in our art studio. Supervision is available only at program locations during program hours. Parents are responsible for notifying appropriate staff of a child’s absence, late arrival, early or late pickup and any special circumstances relating to arrival or departure for children’s classes at iFun Education. We will not be held responsible for a child if he/she arrives early or stays late. We are only responsible during the specified program times.
